Returns & Exchanges

Return policy:

We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however we realise that in some circumstances this might not be the case, hence we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Therefore, shipping fees are deducted from the total order value and are processed to the original method of payment. Please note that all items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging. We also advise to retain the receipt of purchase and proof of postage in case your items would get lost during transit.

Please follow the below steps to return your item:

  1. Please get in touch with us first at hello@nadeandco.com with your order number and we will provide a return label to you via email. 
  2. Package your items in their original packaging including the receipt/invoice of purchase. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed in order to avoid any unnecessary damage during transport.
  3. Remove the old shipping label from the packaging, then print and stick the return label on it.
  4. Bring the package to the nearest drop off point. Please retain the proof of postage and the tracking number.

 

Refund policy:

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of receipt for the refund to reach your account. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment used during the checkout process. Once the items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued, and we will notify you via email. If you have not received your refund after more than 15 business days since we have approved your return, please contact us at hello@nadeandco.com.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. We would advise to return your item and make a separate purchase for a new item.
