How to style your cushions
We created this cushion guide for you to learn more about our cushions, and how to style and care for them.
Styling tips:
Design and styling are all about expressing your personal taste. As a starting point, pick a design element or focal point in the space and build the cushion colours / patterns / textures around it. It is always a good idea to coordinate the cushions with existing décor in your space.
Arrangements:
Place larger cushions (60 x 60 or 50 x 50) at the back, layer with medium sized (50 x 50 cm and 45 x 45 cm) cushions and finished with a round, bolster or lumbar cushion. But remember that there no rules or formulas how to arrange cushions. Play around with their arrangements until you feel like “this is it”.
Be bold and don’t be afraid to play with colours, patterns, textures, sizes and shapes to add interest to the space and achieve a more lived in look.

It is always a good idea to softly indent the top of cushions in the middle for a natural and effortless look.
Cushion numbers:
We recommend using 6-5 cushions for larger furniture, 3 for smaller furniture and 1 for a chair.

Block printed cushions: spot clean or dry clean only.
Solid cushions: machine wash at 30C.

Inserts:
Our cushion inserts are filled with duck feather in 100% cotton cover providing an overfilled look for your cushions. Duck feather fillings are so durable, soft and malleable that our cushions would provide the perfect support. Moreover, its natural curls give the cushion a natural bounce and recovery. All our inserts are recyclable and biodegradable. However, please note that they are hypoallergenic.
