When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer pick-ups. Your order will be shipped to you via our courier.
Can I make any changes to my order?
Yes, cancellations and order modifications are allowed if we have not completed packaging yet. If you wish to do so, please write to us at hello@nadeandco.com within an hour of placing the order, referencing your order number and clearly stating your request.
Can I pre-order an item?
Items cannot be pre-ordered unless an option has been made available on the product page on our site.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If you still haven’t received your order after the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us at hello@nadeandco.com and we will further investigate. We also advise to regularly check the provided tracking link for the latest updates. Please note that shipping may take up to 7 business days during bank holidays and busy periods.

Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please email us at hello@nadeandco.com within 48 hours of receipt. We would also appreciate if you could provide us with some images of the damage(s).
Can shipping be expedited?
Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders. We ship orders according to the lead times listed on our site at the time of purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping for orders £75 and over, and charge £4.95 for orders under £75.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Therefore, refunds are made to the original method of payment minus the return shipping fees. Items must be returned undamaged and unused in their original packaging. How much are returns?
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label via email. Charges would depend on the weight and size of your item(s) and the amount would be deducted from your refund upon receipt.
